Welcome to Squeaky Clean Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By scheduling or purchasing services from us, you (“Customer” or “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
- Window cleaning (all shapes/sizes, screen cleaning/replacement, hard water removal, track wipe-down)
- Pressure washing (driveways, sidewalks, fences, decks, parking lots, grease pads, etc.)
- Soft washing (homes, shops, office buildings, etc.)
- Solar panel cleaning
- Parking lot striping
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof washing (as part of soft wash)
Services are performed with professional equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions.
2. Service Area
We serve Southeast Idaho, including:
- Blackfoot
- Idaho Falls
- Rexburg
- Pocatello
- American Falls
3. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
- Windows and surfaces must be free from obstacles (e.g., furniture, decorations.
- Water access and electrical power may be required.
- Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, card, etc.
- Invoices unpaid after 7 days may be subject to late fees
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
6. Property Condition Disclaimer
While we take every precaution:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, siding, paint, or surfaces.
- We do not guarantee that all stains, grease, or grime will be 100% removed.
- Certain stains (e.g., rust, oil, mold) may be permanent or require additional treatment at an added cost.
7. Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, lightning), services may be rescheduled.
- We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay is necessary.
8. Liability
We are fully licensed and insured.
We will not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- Improper maintenance of surfaces by the property owner
- Fragile or improperly installed windows/screens
- Lack of disclosure of sensitive areas/materials
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
- Satisfaction guarantee excludes issues caused by neglect, misuse, or failure to follow post-cleaning care instructions.
10. Changes to Terms
Squeaky Clean Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
